Cartier Platinum Tonneau Cintree 2435, platinum tonneau case with an 18k white gold deployment buckle (original), manual wind Cartier Caliber 78/1, silver guilloche dial with black painted roman numerals, blue sapphire crown, sapphire crystal, size: 46mm x 26mm (including lugs), thickness: 7.8mm. Excellent condition with velvet Cartier Pouch.

The 46mm x 26mm (including lugs) solid two-body tonneau ovoid case with two screws on each case band, screwed gold bar lugs, and curved convex art deco-style bezel, are polished/brushed. The dial is silver sunray concentric guilloche with radial black Roman numeral hour markers around an inner black minute scale. It includes blued Cartier sword hands. It’s water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, This Cartier Tonneau Cintree 2435 has a mechanical manual winding Cartier caliber 78/1 (a signed ETA 2512) movement. It’s rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment and it’s constructed with 17 jewels, a shock absorber system, and a monometallic balance. It includes an index regulator and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz). The Cartier Tonneau Cintree 2435 was introduced in the 1980’s.
